Media accreditation has opened for written media, photographers and non-rights holders for the Women’s EHF EURO 2018 in France.

Applications can be made via the EHF’s dedicated online accreditation system available at: https://apps.st-software.com/ehf-publicregistration. Email requests will not be processed.

TV, web TV and radio representatives should contact the EHF’s media and marketing partner, Infront Sports & Media before making an application, in order to reach an agreement on the relevant media rights.

Infront Sports & Media can be contacted at BSHandball(at)infrontsports(dot)com.

Security screening

Media representatives are advised that all requests for a media accreditation approved by the EHF and Infront are subject to a mandatory additional security check by the police authorities in France.

These checks will take 48 hours minimum and this may cause delays in media representatives receiving confirmation of their accreditations.

Last-minute approval of accreditations on-site during the championship will not be possible at EHF EURO 2018. Media representatives are advised to apply early.

Media hotels

The Women’s EHF EURO 2018 Organising Committee has negotiated special terms with a number of media hotels in each venue.

Details of these hotels will be provided with the accreditation approval, or on the booking platform, or direct via Amelie Bouan (amelie.bouan(at)EHFEURO2018(dot)fr), Media and TV Operations Manager at the Women's EHF EURO 2018.

Availability is limited and hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Early booking is advised.

The EHF applies a strict criteria for the issuing of media accreditations and will only accept requests from professional media representatives working at the event for a recognised media outlet.

A valid Press Card and/or AIPS Card will be required. Media representatives, and in particular freelancers, may also be asked to provide additional evidence of their work and previous coverage of handball events.
